Unit weight is the weight of one product

The listed unit weight belongs to a specific SKU. For the same style and size, changes in depth or thickness may change the weight. Pages show rounded grams; calculations retain the precision of the source data.

For example, EU05-GN2406 is displayed with a unit weight of 470 g.Rounding the display does not change the original recorded weight.

Weight is not a quality grade

A heavier product may be larger, deeper, thicker or structurally different. Suitability also depends on material requirements, dimensions, thickness, edges, finish and operating conditions. Weight alone does not describe every aspect of performance.

Three packing figures with different meanings

Unit weight × pieces per carton

This gives the weight of the products inside the carton. It excludes cartons, bags, separators and other packaging.

Pieces per carton

This is the packing quantity for the specific SKU. Check pans and lids separately rather than reusing a quantity from another specification.

Estimated gross weight per carton

This recorded estimate supports packaging and freight discussions. Confirm the final weight after actual packing and weighing.

Read thickness together with the SKU

A given size and depth may have several thickness versions or only one. The available options come from catalogue records; they do not imply that every size has the same thickness options. Keep the SKU in your inquiry so the same version can be checked.

Agree on measurement criteria for acceptance

If weight or thickness is part of your acceptance requirements, state the measurement position, method and tolerances. Use agreed documents or samples to establish a consistent basis.
