CUSTOMIZATION

Turn your product requirements into a clear brief.

Start with the application, specifications and branding, then define packaging and delivery requirements. Feasibility, quantities and lead times are confirmed for each project.

YOUR PRODUCT, YOUR REQUIREMENTS

Start with an existing specification. Confirm the details.

Our GN range provides a starting point. Choose the style, size, depth and thickness, then add branding, packaging and matching-component requirements. This gives sampling and approval a shared specification to work from.

Processes, materials, minimum order quantities, samples and lead times are confirmed for each project.

CUSTOMIZATION SCOPE

Four areas to include in your brief.

01 / Specification

Product and application

Provide the style, GN size, depth, thickness and estimated quantity. List pans and lids separately. If the product must fit existing equipment, include the installation position and usable opening dimensions.

02 / Branding

Brand and traceability details

Specify the position and dimensions of logos, text and codes, and provide clear artwork. The marking method, appearance and effect on the surface need to be checked on the actual product.

03 / Packaging

Protection and carton packing

Describe individual protection, pieces per carton, carton markings and receiving requirements. Existing packaging or reference samples can help explain what you need.

04 / Approval

Samples and delivery requirements

List the appearance, dimensions, weight and fit details to be confirmed, together with your target arrival date. Sampling, production and delivery arrangements are confirmed separately.

FROM BRIEF TO CONFIRMATION

Define the requirements. Check the sample.

1

Prepare the brief

Record SKUs and quantities, then add the intended environment, branding and packaging requirements. If specifications are not yet fixed, start by describing the application.

2

Review feasibility

Review the process, materials, matching components, samples and lead times against your requirements. Keep a clear record of any items that need further confirmation.

3

Check the approved version

Check the finished product and packaging against the agreed specifications and sample. Record changes in the same brief to avoid confusion between versions.
